Terms of Service

By installing and using SyncStream, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

1. Service Description

SyncStream is a Wix App Market application that syncs product data from your Wix store to Google Merchant Center and Meta Product Catalog. The app handles initial feed generation, ongoing product sync, compliance validation, and AI-enhanced product descriptions.

You are responsible for ensuring your product listings comply with Google's and Meta's respective platform policies. SyncStream facilitates the sync; it does not review or approve your products on behalf of either platform.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Merchant Center and Meta Business accounts. SyncStream accesses these accounts solely to manage product listings on your behalf, using OAuth2 tokens you authorize during setup.

You may revoke SyncStream's access at any time by disconnecting the app through your Google or Meta account settings. Revoking access will stop all sync activity.

3. AI Features

SyncStream offers AI-enhanced product descriptions generated using Anthropic's Claude API. By enabling AI enhancement, you acknowledge the following:

  • AI-generated content is produced automatically and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific products.
  • SyncStream does not guarantee the accuracy, fitness, or merchantability of AI-generated content.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published or submitted to Google or Meta.
  • Product descriptions submitted for AI enhancement are processed by Anthropic's Claude API and are not stored beyond your request.

4. Billing

Free plan: Users may sync up to 50 products and receive 25 AI credits per month at no charge.

Pro plan: Users receive unlimited product syncs and 500 AI credits per month for $19 per month, billed monthly.

AI credits reset monthly on your billing anniversary. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month. Downgrading from Pro to Free will immediately apply Free plan limits to your account.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and your Pro access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SyncStream to:

  • Sync products that violate Google's Shopping policies or Meta's Commerce policies.
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized data.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

SyncStream is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Purposeful IT LLC is not liable for:

  • Rejected product listings or account suspensions by Google or Meta.
  • Data loss resulting from third-party service outages, including Google, Meta, Wix, or Supabase.
  • Revenue loss resulting from sync delays, errors, or service interruptions.
  • Inaccurate or unsuitable AI-generated content.

In no event shall Purposeful IT LLC's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of SyncStream after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
